Illinois CMS COVID-19 Training
Skilled Nursing Facilities in the state of Illinois must have 100% of frontline clinical staff complete a CMS – QSEP COVID training.
To continue to be eligible to work at IntelyCare’s partnered facilities, you are required to pass the training and upload your results to the IntelyCare app. The deadline to do so is February 28th.
We’ve provided instructions to complete this process below.

What is my Facility CCN?
Select any facility that you’ve recently worked for.
How do I find the right course?
Once in the Training Catalog scroll down until you reach CMS Targeted COVID-19 Training for Frontline Nursing Home Staff, then click “Launch.”
How many sections does the course have? How long will the course take to complete?
The training has main modules you have to complete including a pre-test and a post-test. CMS estimates this course will take 3 hours.
How do I download my certificate?
Once complete, the course will ask you to fill out an evaluation. After the evaluation, there will be a button to print your certificate.
